Mango purpose / To strengthen the financial management and accountability of humanitarian and development NGOs and their partners
Job purpose / To provide efficient and effective administrative, communications and research support to Mango’s recruitment service, part of Mango’s Client Services Team.

Key responsibilities
- Maintaining up to date records and implementing administrative systems and procedures
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Providingresearch and communications support to recruitment projects
- Participating actively as a member of the Client Services Team and wider Mango team
- Undertaking other duties commensurate with the post
Specific responsibilities
- Maintaining up to date records and implementing administrative systems and procedures
- Updating the recruitment database: adding new job requests; processing new register members; capturing communications with clients and register members including on ongoingsearches
- Providing logistical assistance: booking interview rooms, preparing interview packs
- Chasing outstanding invoices from the aged debtors schedule
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Answering the recruitment team telephone and responding promptly to enquiries and redirecting appropriately where necessary
- Providing research and communications support to recruitment projects
- Internet research and website updating to support new developments including an upcoming advertising service
- Participating actively as a member of the Client Services Team and wider Mango team
- Contributing positively to team events and other activities as appropriate.

- Assisting with general Mango office duties as required.
