These interview questions are designed to give you feedback from your networks on how effectively you maintain and build the networks.
Instructions
- Give and/or read out the interview questions to people in your networks.
- You should inform the external and internal customers and suppliers that their answers are strictly confidential.
- Record their answers accurately. Seek clarification from the customers and suppliers if the answers provided are unclear or insufficient.
- You should remind the internal customers and suppliers that the purpose of the interview is to assist you determine how effectively you maintain your networks and areas where you need to make improvements.
- Dealing with the feedback
(a)negotiate and confirm with your coach, customers/suppliers and other people who will be affected of the strategies you want to implement to overcome the issues identified
(b)implement appropriate actions you have agreed with the customers/suppliers, coach and other relevant people
(c)monitor the actions to determine their effectiveness.

Aim of Interview
This interview is intended to help me determine how effectively I work with people in my networks. The information you give me will be used to improve how I interact with people. The feedback you give is strictly confidential. The answers from the questions will be used to improve how I work and deal with people.
The interview should take 10- 20 minutes.
