2018 COMPETITION – BID TO HOST
MAG & WAG Combined Ontario Championships
Gymnastics Ontario is seeking a host for the 2018 MAG & WAG (Level 6+) Ontario Championships.
The intended date for the 2018 MAG & WAG Ontario Championships is April 6-8.
The 2018 Ontario Championships are a combined MAG and WAG (Level 6+) event.
INSTRUCTIONS - FOR CLUB APPLICANT
1)Application must be complete for any and all competitions being hosted in Ontario
2)Club applying must be in good standing with Gymnastics Ontario
3)Only FULLY completed applications will be considered or processed(dates will not be held for incomplete applications)
4)All interested clubs are to return the completed Bid to Host document no later than June 5th, 2017
Completed applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Section B: Event Information
Ontario Championships is a combined event with the MAG and WAG disciplines. WAG requires two full sets of equipment and MAG requires one full set of equipment. Equipment is rented with Spieth America (SA). The floor plan is created in conjunction with the Host, SA, MAG & WAG PM’s and the Events Manager.
A separate awards area is required.
Section C: Facility
FLOOR PLANAll applications must attach a proposed floor plan which includes placement of judge’s tables, scoring, announcer and all other equipment on the competition floor. The plan must include all dimensions to scale and may not be hand drawn.
Clubs renting a venue must provide a copy of their signed agreement with this application to be considered.

Section E: Medical
An individual with a minimum First Aid Certification is required to be present at the event. A trained physiotherapist, athletic therapist or doctor/nurse/paramedic is preferred. A First Aid area is required for ice and a first aid kit.
