2010 YWCA MILESTONES: A TRIBUTE TO WOMEN
At the YWCA of Greater Toledo, our mission is to be a powerful proactive force for the support and advancement of women and girls in our community that will continue to work for peace, justice, equality and dignity for all people. For the past fourteen years the YW has paid tribute to ninety-four extraordinary women who are the very embodiment of the YWCA and its’ mission.
On March 23, 2010, the YWCA of Greater Toledo will host the 15th Annual Milestones Award luncheon. Together, with our major sponsors, ProMedica and Channel 13, we will pay tribute to seven outstanding women from the Greater Toledo Area, who have accomplished great milestones in their area of expertise. Through their leadership and example, each of these women opened doors for other women, enabling them to achieve milestones of their own.
