LOGISTICAL INFORMATION SHEET
Registration:
If you do not have a UN-Laissez Passer Pass, you will have to pick up a security-pass at the "Villa les Feuillantines" opposite the main entrance of the Palais des Nations (13 avenue de la Paix). As this small office will be quite crowded on Monday morning, we encourage you to pick up this badge on Sunday, 25.4. between 2 pm and 5 pm. If you are not yet in Geneva on
Sunday, you can also register on Monday, 26 April between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. We would encourage you to arrive at "Villa les Feuillantines" as early as possible as people for all UN meetings in the Palais will be registering from 8:30 am and there might be a queue. Also please note that it will take you at least 20 min to walk from the "Villa les Feuillantines" to the meeting room. PLEASE BRING WITH YOU YOUR PASSPORT AND YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.
How to get to the Palais:
You can take bus number No. 5, 8, F, V or Z from Cornavin to the stop "Place des Nations".
After registration, you will have to walk up avenue de la Paix to get to Pregny gate.
If you come directly from the airport, it is recommendable to take a taxi
(10 min - around 20 CHFr).
How to get to Conference Room 11:
You will have to enter the Palais at the Pregny-Gate and walk to the main entrance of the new building (door 40). Walk up the stairs on your right and walk through the long corridor that leads you to the main conference halls. Turn right after the corridor and you will see conference room 11 after you have taken another turn left. A map of the Palais is also attached.
