Capital Project Paper: (25 points)

In a 2-3 page, double spaced, 12 font, regular margins, paper about the proposed Capital Project outline the following items:

  • Why the project is put up to vote a second time (results should be included)
  • How the Board of Education should promote the vote in order to get it passed.
  • 3 pro and 3 con arguments regarding the project.
  • One adult’s perspective on the Capital project, after you have discussed at least 3 pro/con arguments about the project.
