- daughter Jane Turner £40 to be paid one year after decease of testator
- son William Turner £10 to be paid one year after decease of testator
- daughter Elizabeth Clemoe, widow of Richard Clemoe, £10 to be paid one year after decease of testator
- son John Turner £50 to be paid one year after decease of testator
- son Charles Turner £40 to be paid one year after decease of testator
- if any of the sons and daughters named above die before receiving their legacy and if they have no “lawfully begotten” children at the time of their death, then their share is to be divided among the other legatees “share and share alike”
- son Richard Turner to have the tenancy of Trewinnow, sometimes referred to as Trewinnow Vean, that the testator has surrendered to the Lord of the Manor of Tybesta “upon Condition that my Son Richard Turner might be taken Tenant for the same in Trust to my use during my life and afterwards to the use of my last Will and Testament” and that Richard Turner and his heirs may hold the same “forever according to the Custom of the said Mannor”
- son Richard Turner to pay all debts and legacies and to receive “all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Lands Tenements Goods Chattles Rights Credits and Effects whatsoever of what nature Soever they be”
