Please read and initial all of the following lines below.
Registration fee for returning students is $150.00 per child if paid by June 1, 2017 and is due at registration. The Registration fee for returning students not paid by June 1, 2017 will be $200 per child and is due at registration. ***The registration fee is non-refundable and is separate from and not included in any payment plan. This fee must be paid in full and submitted with the Student Application to retain student position on class roster.
New Student Registration fee is $300.00 per child and is due at registration. After June 1, 2017, the new student registration fee is $350 and is due at registration. ***The registration fee is non-refundable and is separate from and not in any payment plan. This fee must be paid in full and submitted with the Student Application to retain student position on class roster. This fee includes all testing and processing. A New Student is defined as any student who did not attend Lighthouse Christian School the previous school year.
Tuition is $5,995.00 per child.
Curriculum fee is $250.00 for K5. Curriculum fee for 1st–12th is $300.00 per child if registered by June 1, 2017. This fee must be paid in full by June 1, 2017 to retain student position on class roster. The Curriculum fee for any 1st – 12th student registered after June 1, 2017 will be $350 per child. ***Curriculum fee cost is non-refundable.
Comprehensive fee for Elementary is $200.00 for each child. Comprehensive fee for Middle/HighSchool is $250.00 for each child. The Comprehensive fee is non-refundable. Comprehensive fee is due on July 1, 2017 and is non-refundable.This fee must be paid infull by July 1, 2017 to retain student position on class roster.The comprehensive fee for Elementary students registered after July 1, 2017 will be $250 per child. The comprehensive fee for Middle/High School students registered after July 1, 2017 will be $300 per child.The comprehensive fee includes the following: TACS annual dues, Locker fee, Physical Education fee, Athletic Game Admission, Computer Lab fee, Science Lab fee, Supplemental Accident Insurance, Music fee, Art fee, Technology fee, TACS Fine Arts Competition fees and TACS Academic testing fees. This does not include a yearbook.
Senior Graduation feeis $150. This fee must be paid in full by June 1, 2017. The senior graduation fee is non-refundable. The senior graduation fee includes the following to encompass the graduation ceremony: yard sign, graduation regalia and graduation facilities.
It is hereby agreed that tuition for the school year is due and payable in full at the time this agreement is completed and accepted.
I/we understand for my/our convenience in making payments, the tuition can be divided into semester or monthly payments.
I/we understand that I/we am/are responsible for the full amount of the yearly tuition even if my/our child(ren) is/are withdrawn or dismissed from LCS. The remaining balance is due and payable at the time of withdrawal or dismissal.
I/we understand prompt payment of tuition is the foundation of the school’s operating budget. Payments are due on the first (1st) day of each month with a $30.00 late fee if payment is returned by the bank and/or payment is not received by the fifteenth (15th) day of each month. Thereafter, the tuition payment is delinquent. Report cards and transcripts will be held and RenWeb may also be disabled until the account is brought current.
I/we also understand that Lighthouse Christian School reserves the right to deny students admission to their classes when tuition payments are delinquent.
Furthermore, I/we agree that in the event it is necessary for the school to retain an attorney in order to enforce collection of tuition and fees due under this contract, the undersigned parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to pay all costs of collection including a reasonable attorney’s fee and all court costs.
I/we understand that this contract can only be voided if said parent(s)/guardian(s) notify the Administration in writing by May 1, 2017 of the intent to void, and receive from the Administration a written and signed document releasing the parent(s)/guardian(s) from the contract. Contracts voided after May 1, 2017 may incur, at the discretion of the Administration, a $500 Contract Buy Out per semester, payable at the time of contract termination.
By signing below, I/we, the undersigned, acknowledge that Lighthouse Christian School reserves the right to request a credit check and specifically grant approval for the school to obtain a credit report on me/us.
I/we understand that only one discount may be received for any plan. This includes early registration discount, minister’s discount, early payment discount and tuition assistance.
