The Vista Murrieta Broncos are rapidly becoming one of the best soccer programs in the valley. The foundation is built on a team-oriented philosophy that promotes good soccer play, sportsmanship and camaraderie among the players. The goal is to develop positive contributors in the community, high-CLASS campus role models, and excellent athletes.

Season:Winter (November through February)

Level:Varsity, Junior Varsity, Junior Varsity Reserve

Optional Summer Camp:

These two weeks are available through the MVUSD Adult Ed website which can be accessed at and click on the link on the left.

Week 1: June 17th-20th9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Week 2: June24th-27th9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Things to bring:

Cleats, sunscreen, and shinguards (water will be provided). Athletic paperwork, including a physical, should be filled out and turned in prior to attending camp. Go to the vmhs athletics siteafter April 1, 2013 and find the link that says Athletics information, then on forms. Print the Athletic Participation Handbook forms, fill them out, and bring them into the athletic office.

Tryouts

Tryouts will be held in late August and early September. Check the Women’s Soccer link on the VMHS website under Athletics for dates. The coaching staff will be looking for ball skill level (the ability to pass, dribble, receive, and shoot the ball), attitude, work ethic, and tactics (awareness and vision on the field).

Murrieta Valley Adult School and Community Education Summer Sports Camps 2013

This summer all the MVUSD sports camps will be provided through Murrieta Valley Adult School and Community Education. Refer to the information below for the process on how to enroll in the sports camp that you want.

Fees for Community Service Classes Ed. Code 51815: Governing boards may expend from the general fund of the district any money which is budgeted for community services to establish and maintain community service classes and may charge student fees not to exceed the cost of maintaining such classes or may provide instruction in such classes for remuneration by contract, or with contributions or donations of individuals or groups.

Activities/Camps/Enrichment

It istime to register your son/daughter for the summer 2012 sports camps! Our goal is to offer summer school activities, to learn new skills, and experience recreational experiences in a fun and safe environment. All high school students are invited to participate.Some All sports camps will take place at your son/daughter’s respective high school. *The student must be enrolled in their respective high school to participate in their sport (C.I.F. policy-see below).

*2011-2012 CIF Blue Book: SUMMERTIME RULES/SUMMER DEAD PERIOD/SPORTS CAMPS - 1707.1:Only students registered for the upcoming school year in grades 9 through 12. Additionally, it would be a violation to allow elementary students (8th grade and below) to participate with the high school team. For students enrolled in more than one school, all summer practice and competition must be confined to one school.

Registration Procedures

Students must pre-register for high school summer athletic camps by:

  • Going online at each specific high school’s website to pay (via credit card).
  • Go into to the bookkeeper at your high school to pay (cash only).

Refund Policy

If a program is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded. We will accommodate requests for changes in scheduling when we can.No refunds after activities begin. No cash refunds will be issued.
