APPLICATION FOR FIELD EDUCATION

(Please use a computer to complete this form.)

(Contact to receive this form on-line.)

Lexington Theological Seminary is committed to a program of field education for its students in order that learning by supervised participation may be made a part of the education for a church vocation. We want to ensure the educational value of the field experience for the student by supervision, counsel and guidance; and at the same time we are concerned that each student shall render significant ministry to the church or one of its related agencies. Recognizing that many students need financial assistance to enable them to attend seminary, we wish to cooperate with each student in securing remunerative field experience. In order for this office to assist in this process, it is necessary for each applicant to give the information requested on this application as fully and frankly as possible.
