PARENTAL PERMISSION – INSTRUCTIONS

______You are witnessing the parents signature. You watch them sign the Parental Permission Form.

______A full deposit is required for rides of six or more participants.

______The deposits are non-refundable. Rides will be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

initials The number of horses reserved is the number of horses you will be charged for.

______You must arrive at least forty five minutes prior to scheduled ride time. For very large groups-more than

initials fifteen riders-an hour ahead would be helpful.

______If you arrive late it may affect total ride time, or cause forfeiture. If we are off schedule it will not affect your

initials total ride time. Twenty four hour cancellation period for groups less than six riders, all others-two weeks.

______If forms are not filled out correctly-child will not be allowed to participate.

______For Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Camp Fire Girls, and any other organizations make sure you understand and adhere initials to their rules and guidelines.
