Your application for financial assistance must include the following information, attached with this form, in electronic format. Check the boxes confirming the documents attached to your application.
Business plan
The business plan must include at least the following aspects:
-detailed description of the project, including the innovative aspect;
-detailed description of the target clientele and methods used to obtain these objectives
(market analysis and perspective, marketing plan, allocated budget);
-analysis of the competition;
-tourism impacts and benefits of the project;
(for example: lengthening of the tourist season, diversification of the concerned region’s products/servicecs, bundling or networking, increased number of overnight stays, benefits in regards to employment creation and consolidation);
-presentation of the proponent and their team;
-financial package.
Financial statements for the last two completed financial exercises
The balance sheet and income statement are required. Level of verification required (review engagement).
Detailed provisional financial statements, for the first three years of operation
(for the category of festivals and events, provisionals for the edition concerned by the application only)
The provisional balance sheet and provisional income statement are required, accompanied by the hypothesis used in their preparation.
The provisional financial statements must indicate, separately, the data related to the project.
