Q: How do I check the status of my rebate?

A: If you provide your email address on the rebate form, we'll let you know your submission has been received. You can expect your rebate check in about four to six weeks after you receive your email confirmation. If you haven't received your rebate after six weeks, contact the ACUVUE® Brand Rebate Center at 1-888-565-8474 to obtain the status of your rebate.

Q: Do I need to send in my original receipts with the rebate certificate?

A: No. You can submit a photocopy of your ACUVUE® purchase receipt and eye exam receipt.

Q: Can I send in purchase receipts from multiple vendors?

A: Yes, as long as you purchase the required quantity of ACUVUE® contact lens boxes specified on the rebate form within 90 days after your eye exam.

Q: Can I send in more than one rebate for the same purchase?

A: No. The rebate is limited to one rebate per customer, per offer, per ACUVUE® Brand purchase, per yearly eye exam.

Q: Are ACUVUE® OASYS™ for ASTIGMATISM and ACUVUE® OASYS™ for PRESBYOPIA eligible for the $100 New Wearer rebate?

A: The New Wearer rebate is only available for new wearers of ACUVUE® OASYS™ Brand with HYDRACLEAR®Plus. Wearers of ACUVUE® OASYS™ Brand for ASTIGMATISM and ACUVUE® OASYS™ Brand for PRESBYOPIA are not eligible for the $100 New Wearer rebate but are eligible for the $30 rebate that is offered on the entire ACUVUE® OASYS™ Brand Family of Products.

Q: What is the prepaid card?

A: The Visa prepaid card is pre-loaded with funds equal to the value of your rebate. Your card can be used to make purchases at ANY location that accepts Visa debit cards and expires one year after issuance.

Q: Where can I use the prepaid card?

A: The prepaid card may be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Q: How is the prepaid card different than a credit card?

A: A credit card gives you a line of credit, which you have to pay back. This card is a debit card that is loaded with YOUR money. (The amount associated with the rebate) You can spend the funds as you see fit, but can't spend more than the current available card balance.

Q: How long will it take to get my rebate?
