ENROLLMENT UPDATE
The Enrollment Dashboard was reviewed, noting a -0.3% or 17 students decrease from the same time last year in Total Degree Seeking students. However, the number may still increase with late start registrations still expected. Several initiatives were taken to increase spring enrollment;
- @ 103 students who had financial aid available but had not registered were contacted and of those approximately half registered for classes.
- Admissions contacted students who had applied but not registered through an email blast and telephone campaign.
The focus now is for summer and fall sessions. Processes are being reviewed for ease of use in Admissions, Financial Aid and Registration. Dual enrollment continues to be a core focus area. A new marketing campaign is being developed to capture students for summer/winter sessions when they may be on break from another 4-year institution.
