Adding a printer:
· Click on the Start icon in the lower left hand corner of your taskbar
· Click on Devices and Printers
· Click on Add a printer located near the top of the page
· Click on Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer
· Click on The printer that I want isn’t listed
· Click the radio button next to
· In the Name: field, key in \\hrcprint\
· Once you key in the second backslash (\), a list of available printers will appear. Select the printer closest to your room from the printer list above. Then click Next.
· Answer Yes to the default question. Then click Next and Finish.
