The new Company will be a CxNetworks company.
Neoris combines the assets of five recognized leaders in their home markets with complementary consulting practices and expertise. In addition, Cemtec has extensive experience in North America, Europe, and Asia.

The companies also announced that Martin Hecker has been named CEO of Neoris. Mr. Hecker joined Cemtec as its CEO earlier this year after twelve years experience in the IT and e-commerce service industry, including six years with the Boston Consulting Group in Europe and the United States.
