ACCOMMODATION RATES**

·  Standard single bedroom for single occupancy @ £89.00 per room per night

·  Standard double bedroom for single occupancy @ £89.00 per room per night

These discounted rates are inclusive of full buffet breakfast, use of leisure facilities and VAT @ 20.0%

**Please remember that the following people will have their accommodation provided for them: Area Councillors – (apart from their spouses or partners) and also Area Presidential Certificate winners and their partners. Delegates pay their own accommodation but are eligible to claim their travel expenses.

DAY DELEGATE RATES

The cost for a day delegate is £37.00 per person. This includes:

·  A glass of fizz or bottle of beer on arrival

·  Three course set meal (see outline of set menu below)

·  Half bottle of red or white wine with dinner

·  Tea & coffee

·  Exclusive use of the Inspiration Suite and Inspiration Bar

Alternatively, if only attending the evening meal, the cost will be £25.00
