Leadership and Rainbows

In this very short talk Maya Angelou sums up what Leadership is all about, and that is to prepare yourself to be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud. A heady task, yes, but doable, and necessary, and badly needed in this world.

The Leadership Division is preparing to develop a Fundamentals of Leadership Certification Course for all physical therapists who aspire to improving themselves and their leadership abilities. Stay tune over the next several months as we move forward to create a rainbow for your personal and professional development.

Take a few minutes to read the lyrics or listen to the song that Judy Garland made famous. And remember this…leaders are rainbows in other people’s clouds.
