  • As part of the 10th Conference of the parliament speakers of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative member states, Slovenian National Assembly President Gregor Virant met with Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic at the National Assembly.
  • Swiss parliamentary delegation headed by the President of the National Council of Switzerland Hansjörg Walter, visited Serbia from 9 to 11 April and on the occasion met, separately, at the National Assembly House, with National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic and Committee members Natasa Vuckovic and Milos Aligrudic on 9 April 2012..
  • National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic visited the Finnish Parliament in Helsinki on 22 March 2012.
  • A delegation of the Legislative Committee and the Justice and Administration Committee comprising Legislative Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic, Srdjan Mikovic, Judita Popovic, Djordje Milicevic, Mirko Cikiriz and Goran Stefanovic visited the Croatian Parliament’s Legislation Committee and Judiciary Committee in Zagreb from 20 to 22 March 2012.
  • National Assembly’s standing delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union comprising Nada Kolundzija, Jelena Trivan, Zeljko Tomic and Vesna Pesic visited the British Group at the Inter-Parliamentary Union, at the UK Parliament in London, from 5 to 8 March 2012.
  • A joint delegation of the Party of European Socialists and Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament, headed by Sergei Stanishev, President of the Party of European Socialists and Hannes Swoboda, President of the Political Group of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament, visited Serbia on 23 and 24 February and on the occasion met with Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic and Committee member Natasa Vuckovic at the National Assembly on 23 February.
  • A delegation of the National Assembly’s Parliamentary Friendship Group with Romania, comprisingdelegation head Sinisa Stamenkovic, Jon Magda, Konstantin Arsenovic, Srboljub Zivanovic and Milan Lapcevic visited the Romanian Parliament between 21 and 23 February 2012.
  • On 13 February 2012, Hellenic Parliament Speaker Filippos
    Petsalnikos met with National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic at the National Assembly and, on the occasion, the two officials signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Hellenic Parliament.

  • National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and Member of Parliament Dr Kosta Milosevic visited Bosnia and Herzegovina at the invitation of the chair of the House of Representatives and the chair of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly in Sarajevo, on 21 December 2011.
  • A delegation of the Legislative Committee headed by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic visited the Legislative Commission of the Assembly (Sobranie) of the Republic of Macedonia in Skopje, from 21 to 23 December 2011.
  • A delegation of the National Assembly headed by National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, paid an official visit to Turkey on 20 and 21 December 2011. The visit was very important as it was the first official visit by the National Assembly Speaker to Turkey which greatly contributed to the improvement of bilateral relations.

  • Branimir Djokic, the Chairman, and Aleksandar Cotric, Deputy Chairmanof the Committee on Relations with Serbs Living Outside Serbia, took part in the event Days of Serbian Culture, at the invitation of the Serbian Association St. Sava, in Prague, from 1 to 4 November.
  • Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic visited the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey in Ankara, from 26 to 29 October 2011.
  • The Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey Cemil Cicek visited Serbia on 28 October 2011.
  • A National Assembly delegation headed by National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, patron of the Serbia-US Women Leadership Network project conducted by the Serbian Unity Congress with the US Government and USAID, and comprising Natasa Vuckovic and Jelena Trivan, visited the US where it had several meetings at the Congress and took part in the Serbian-US Women Leadership Network project in Washington and New York from 19 to 27 October 2011.
