Strength and Conditioning
Program
Purpose:To provide all La Porte athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer. We as a Coaching Staff are committed to providing a top of the line summer workout program as well as a structured and positive environment for your son or daughter. These workouts are not sport specific but aimed at developing better athletes.
Activities:Weight workouts along with speed, agility, plyometric, and flexibility instruction
Enrollment:Open toincoming 7th-8th-9th-10th-11th -12th graders. There are separate sessions for boys and girls
Instructors:Male and female high school coaches and junior high coaches @ LPHS
Cost:$70 for all summer long. Payment plans can be worked out – students on free and reduced lunch can receive a scholarship ONLY if you contact Coach LaReau @ 281-604-7673
Dates:(June 11th – June 29th) (Off)July 2nd – July 6th) (July 9th – July 27th )
Days: Monday to Thursday (Off) on Fridays Monday to Thursday

Session 1______7:30 – 9:00This session is recommended for all incoming 9th - 12th graders
Session 2______9:15 – 10:45This session is recommended for all incoming 7th and 8thgraders
*Water will be provided – Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes.

If in the judgment of any representative of the camp the above camper needs immediate care and treatment as a result of any injury or sickness, I do hereby request, authorize, and consent to such care and treatment as may be given to said camper by any physician, trainer, nurse, hospital or camp representative; and I do hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the school camp and any camp representative from claim by any person whomsoever on account of such care and treatment of said camper.
