* Purchased animal above has been raised in an AKC inspected certified kennel environment.
* Tails will be docked and dewclaws removed within 4 days of birth on all litters raised by seller.
* Immunizations and parasite programs are developed with a certified veterinarian.
* Animals will not be sold with any known health problems by seller and accompanied with health papers.
Seller guarantees: Puppy described above to be healthy at time of sale and free of genetic defects, for a period of 25 months of age. If the puppy described above thereafter develops health or genetic defects the buyer agrees to promptly neuter or spay at buyer’s expense. Registration papers must be promptly mailed back to seller. There are no other warranties or guarantees of any type.
Seller reserves the right: In fulfilling to replace puppy described above, with puppy of like genetics or refund of purchase price listed above. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. This agreement only applies to buyer above and does not transfer with new ownership.
Return policy:All guarantees stated above and below only apply to the buyer listed above and for the puppy listed above. The puppy listed above must maintain a current vaccination program and be accompanied with health certificate, and vaccination records signed by a certified Veterinarian. Upon return, the puppy listed above must display adequate body condition and will be evaluated by seller within 15 days as not gun shy, bird shy or timid by the seller. All registration papers must be current and signed when returned. Spay or neutered animals will not receive full refund unless prior arrangements were made with seller.
All AKC Registration papers will be Limited registered. To obtain a full registration purchaser described above must:
* Provide seller with proof of current registration
* Buyer has tested, trialed or proven dog above as a “versatile hunting & family companion”.
* Free of known genetic defects by buyer and meets German Shorthair Breed standards provided by GSPCA.
* Seller will collect an additional (minimum) $500.00 to “revoke limited registration” on purchase used for
breeding.
**This agreement does not control or restrict breeding rights or privileges once the agreement is fulfilled**
By signing below, I have read and understand that this agreement is to protect the Seller, Buyer and Krecklau German Shorthairs name and reputation and it’sin the best interest of the German Shorthair Pointer Breed!
