This dog is a purebred German Shepherd Dog, registered with the
American Kennel Club and an individual application shall be available at no additional charge to the Buyer.
Upon execution of this Contract, the Seller does hereby convey
Title and Interest in the above described German Shepherd Dog to the Buyer(except for the terms listed herein).
If full registration is awarded, the Buyer understands and agrees that this puppy is to be registered with the “American Kennel Club” with the Suffix Name “Von Batu Kramer”. If the Puppy is not registered with the Suffix Name “Von Batu Kramer” this contract shall become NULL and VOID.
(NO BREEDER CAN GIVE A 100% GUARANTEE)
Just like people, there is never a 100% guarantee a puppy will never have a
health problem. Sometimes, genetic problems arise even with the healthiest
of parents.
The Seller warrants this animal to be in good health at the time of purchase.
The Buyer has 72 hours in which to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyer’s choice to personally inspect said Puppy for this 72 hour warranty to be valid.
Buyer mayreturn Puppy to Seller for a full refund for any
reason within 48 hours of inspection, providing that the animal has not been damaged
in any way. The Buyer will then be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price
(does not include deposit amount of $250).
The Seller is not responsible for any stress/environmentally induced
disorder or anything that is beyond the Seller’s control once the puppy
leaves the Seller’s premises. Any treatments not regulated by a
licensed vet will also forfeit this puppy warranty, and can include
(Rescue by Breeder).
In the event that the Buyer induces any type of
harm, neglect, abuse or substandard treatment of said pup, the Puppy shall
become forfeit and the Buyer will be required to return the Puppy to the
Seller within (5) business days and this contract shall become
NULL and VOID. In the event that the Buyer must return the Puppy back to
the Seller, the Buyer must pay a fine in the amount of $5,000.00 to the
Seller as a Penalty for Breach of Contract.
Genetic Health Guarantee
The Seller warrants the Puppy for two years against life threatening genetic
defects. Should genetically caused death occur within (2) years or 26
months of age (whichever comes first) the Seller agrees to provide a
replacement puppy of equal or higher value of the Seller’s choosing. All
supported documentation must be provided upon request and is subject to
review by the Seller’s Veterinarian.
We will only replace one puppy per sale regardless of circumstances.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be rolled over to a future litter.
Hip Guarantee
Seller warrants the Puppy for two years or 26 months of age (whichever
comes first) against severe hip dysplasia. In the
event that the Puppy has severe hip dysplasia, Seller guarantees a
replacement puppy of equal or higher value. The disease must be properly
diagnosed. The X-Ray, OFA Letter of diagnosis and Puppy must be returned
to the Seller. This guarantee excludes:
unilateral dysplasia (indication of injury), arthritis caused by accidents, falls,
blows, environmental problems such as obesity or
failure to follow recommended diet.
Recommended diet
If the dog has been neutered/spayed or bred prior to x-rays
this guarantee is VOID.

The Buyer swears that they are not purchasing the animal for resale and swears that they are not acting as an agent in the purchase of this animal and that it will remain solely in their custody. Buyer further swears that they are not associated with a pet shop or animal broker, and that the animal will not be used or trained for activities which are illegal or for which it is not suited by reason of temperament or conformation. Specifically, puppy will be used for personal protection, but not as a guard or attack dog for commercial premises, or to hunt or fight other animals.
The Buyer agrees to the sale of puppies produced by this dog not be made to any owner, employee or individual connected with a pet shop or wholesaler of dogs. (“Wholesaler” as defined by an individual that buys puppies in litter lots for their own resale, trades puppies for articles, sells puppies by the litter, etc.) In the event that the Buyer does sell any puppy to the above mentioned organizations or individuals, the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller for damage to its name in the amount of $10,000.00.
The Buyer agrees to care for this dog as would a humane and conscientious dog owner, and agrees to provide:
- Adequate fencing
- To confine the dog when outdoors
- To refrain from restraining it on a chain or rope
- Adequate veterinary care, including but not limited to annual checkups; to keep all immunizations current, specifically rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and other communicable diseases, according to the Veterinary Medical Association guidelines
- Animal will be kept free of fleas and parasites
- Adequate housing for this dog within the Buyers home and yard
- Adequate exercise by providing the dog with supervised walking or running on a regular basis
- Feed the dog the recommended pet food
The Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance on the Puppy at the time of, or prior to, the puppy pick up date __/__/____. In no case shall a dog be released by the Seller without payment in full.
The Seller shall hold all puppies until the age of 8 weeks of age
(NO EXCEPTIONS).
Payment of the Puppy is due in full on the pickup date__/__/____.
If the Buyer is not able to pick up the Puppy on the stated pickup date, Seller will continue caring for the puppy for 7 additional days at no additional cost providing Seller has already received Buyer’sfull payment and both parties have signed a contract. If the Buyer has not picked up the Puppy within this 7 day period, the Buyer shall be billed $15 for each additional day (up to 7 days) that the puppy remains with the Seller. If the Buyer fails to pick up the Puppy before this 14 day period has ended, all monies previously paid will be forfeit and the puppy will be made available to another home and all late charges waived.
If for any reason full payment has not been received by the stated pickup date,the Seller will hold the Puppy until full payment has been received. The Buyer shall be billed $15.00 for each additional day (up to 14 days) that the puppy remains with the Seller.If the Buyer fails to pay the full amount owed (late fees included) before this 14 day period has ended,all monies previously paid will be forfeit and the puppy will be made available to another home and all late charges waived.
All expenses regarding this animal, including proper care, veterinary fees, housing, or legal liabilities are the responsibility of the Buyer at whose home the animal will reside.
Seller strongly recommends Buyer attend (Obedience Classes) with Puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy.
Seller shall not be held responsible for acts of Puppy. Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived disqualifying faults, diseases or disorders.
The Buyer agrees to inform Seller of any Titles or Awards obtained by the animal for Seller’s records. The Buyer will inform Seller of any change of
address or phone number so that Seller may keep track of all animals bred by Seller.
Additionally, Buyer agrees to keep in contact with the Seller and inform Seller of any health or behavior concerns that arise during ownership of this animal. The Buyer agrees to use all reasonable measure to resolve the issue and keep the Seller updated with the development of the problem or success. The Seller agrees to be of any assistance possible to the Buyer.
The Buyer will not abandon this animal to a Shelter or give the animal away. The Seller will accept the return of this dog at any time the Buyer declines to keep said dog. However, the Seller is not obligated to refund any/all of the purchase price. If the animal is found to have been abandoned, surrendered to a Shelter or given away, the Buyer is obligated to pay a fine of $5,000.00 to the Seller as a Penalty for Breach of Contract.
Violations in the terms of this contract renders all guarantees stipulated in this contract to be NULL and VOID and may result in the Buyer being required to return the dog to the Seller within (5) days of receipt of notice from the Seller. The Buyer will be responsible for the dog’s cost of transport back to the Seller. If the Buyer violates this agreement, he/she will be responsible for any/all legal costs the Seller acquires enforcing this contract as well as a fine in the amount of $5,000.00 as a Penalty for Breach of Contract.
Buyer agrees that if this animal requires shipping that only ground shuttle transportation will be used. All shipping costs will be at the buyers expense. Buyer has approximately 72 hours from the time of purchase to inform the Seller of shipping details. If the puppy has not been picked up by the Buyer or an arranged transportation system of the Buyer’s choice within 7 days of purchase, the Buyer will be billed a late charge of $15.00 per day for up to 7 additional days. In the event that the puppy has still not been picked up by the 14 days after the stated pickup date, the puppy and all monies previously paid will be considered forfeit. The puppy will then become available to a different home and the late charges incurred will be waived.
This Contract constitutes the full agreement of both parties. Wherefore, the above named Seller and Buyer have executed the foregoing contract of sale at______am/pm on the date of ___/___/_____.
