SCHEDULE / CK ‘17 Schedule may be changed with prior notice to participants. If CK ‘17 schedule changes prevent pre-registered participation, workshop fee for the changed workshop will be refunded.PUNCTUALITY / Workshops will begin sharp on time. Please refer the CK ‘17 detailed schedule (available on and make note of the date, day and time of your workshop(s). Please arrive 20 minutes prior to start time to mark attendance and be ready for your workshop.
Please note that facilitators can be met ONLY before or after workshops. If unavoidable circumstances delay the participant(s) to class, quiet entry should be made without disrupting the session in progress.
DISCIPLINE / CK ’17 and all its facilitators are committed to positive discipline to create safe spaces of respect and empathy for optimal learning. Parents will be regularly updated and will be informed if any challenging behaviours arise. Parent/guardian will be requested to chaperone only if disruptive behaviours persist.
WORKSHOPS AND SESSIONS / Each workshop will have 2-5 accumulative sessions ending in a physical result – to optimize learning, participants should attend all the sessions within the registered workshops.
WORKSHOP MATERIALS / Certain workshops will require participants to bring their own materials or provide materials at an additional charge. Once registration forms are submitted, required materials/materials charge will be emailed. All participants should bring a notebook and pen/pencil to the workshops.
FOOD and BEVERAGES / As CK ’17 is based in a restaurant please note that outside food is not allowed. Please refer the menu for full snack and meal details. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
ATTIRE / Comfortable/sporty clothing suited for physical activity. PLEASE WEAR MOSQUITO REPELLANT.
COVERAGE / CK 2017 will be subject to photo, video and media coverage.
PAYMENTS / CK 2017 participants must register and fees must be realized/received by 11th August 2017 to confirm registration. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless noted above). Space cannot be reserved without complete payment by the registration dead-line.
OBSERVATION GUIDELINES / Family and friends are encouraged to attend our free Public Sharing on Saturday 19/8/17 from 9am-12noon. To provide the safe space required for independent development of participants and minimize distractions, parents/guardians are requested not to be present at the workshops. However, if you wish to observe a workshop for any specific reason, please let us know and we will make prior arrangements to accommodate you.
PARKING / Parking is scarce and ideally should be limited to drop off/pick-ups and should not obstruct neighbouring residencies.
