- BCCPAC Information Package for parents and schools. Pamphlets are on PAC bulletin board. Peruse at your convenience
- Letter from Ministry of Children and Family Development re: Centralized Screening system, also posted on board
President report:
- 3 out 4 positions on executive had a nominee but we are also happy to say our Vice president position has been filled
- 2015/16 PAC Executive:

DPAC Rep/School Trustee:
- Pamphlet re: Curriculum redesign is posted on bulletin board. A link to it will be posted on FB
- Hiring is finished for the year
- Next board meeting is in Elkford

- We are starting October in good shape
- Movie Night grossed $550

- KOES ran a total of 2335 km for their tribute to Terry Fox this year
- Buddy bench is installed – Grand opening in the works
Unfinished Business
Halloween Carnival Committee
- Sales start this week, first to KO community then to the general public
- Volunteers always needed and appreciated
Movie Night Committee
- Movie night was awesome. Sold out of everything
- Net proceeds $428
- Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the night a success
PAC Lunch Committee
- Information will be going home on Wednesday
- Hot lunch is going online for a 3 month free trial with Munch-a-Lunch. Very important for parents to realize there is no room for late orders.
- It is efficient and easier for all parties involved
- It will be on the KO SD5 Website
Fruit and Veggie Program Committee
- Thank you to Melissa for volunteering to deliver the fruit and veggie program to each classroom. Greg has the delivery schedule

- In the information gathering stage
New Business - The question was raised as to whether or not KO PAC’s Facebook group should be opened rather than closed. Adrianne is going to research to see if this is a viable option or not. A closed group allows the administrators to control who becomes a member.
