Vivian Ayuso, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, InfoGROUP

Ms. Ayuso is a skilled Human Resources & Diversity professional with 24 years of private sector experience in the technology, food, sales & marketing industries. In 2008, she joined InfoGROUP, headquartered in Omaha, Neb., and is responsibility for all facets of Human Resources and Payroll for a $750 million global business. Previously, she worked as senior director of Diversity & Inclusion at ConAgra Foods. While at ConAgra, she successfully developed, gained support and implemented the company’s first nationwide Diversity & Inclusion strategy.Ms. Ayuso has authored and implemented cutting-edge strategies & initiatives in various Human Resources areas, such as: Employee Relations, Training, Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, Staffing, Child & Elder Care, Flexible Work Options, Mentoring & Multicultural Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Louisville, K.Y., and a Master in industrial relations from Loyola University in Chicago.

Roger A. Martinez, Partner, Department of Professional Practice, KPMG

Mr. Martinez provides audit services to government and industrial markets clients.He joined KPMG LLP in 2000, and currently serves as a partner in the KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (National Office). In this role, he provides professional practice and risk management guidance to audit and advisory professionals. Mr. Martinez advises KPMG professionals on rules, regulations and policies that guide the delivery of KPMG’s Audit and Advisory services. He is a licensed CPA in New York and California. He plays a leadership role in KPMG’s New York African American and Hispanic Network. Mr. Martinez is a member of the AICPA and the Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

Sonia Sroka, Vice President, Hispanic Marketing, Porter Novelli

Ms. Sroka is an accomplished bilingual, bicultural communications practitioner and marketer, and offers a rare blend of creative and leadership strengths, with true understanding of the Hispanic culture. She is known for developing integrated Hispanic marketing strategies that factor in variations in levels of acculturation, language of preference and country of origin to deliver effective bottom-line results for her clients. Previously, she was a member of the public relations and marketing team for Telemundo in Los Angeles, the number one Hispanic market, and also a member of the communications team at Univision’s flagship station, KMEX-TV Channel 34 in Los Angeles. Ms. Sroka currently serves as the national chair of Diversity for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the largest professional organization in public relations. She earned a B.S. in communications from California State Polytechnic University Pomona. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese
