SENIORS! October 17th 8:30 a.m. Your Herff-Jones representative will be in the multi-purpose room at PHS to hand out senior ordering information. He will return to PHS October 29th to meet with you to take orders in the cafeteria during lunch.

UCAN Go to College Night October 14, 2014 at SOMC Friends Center 5:30-7:30 p.m. Over 40 colleges/universities and financial consultants will be on hand to answer your questions. Please do not miss this great opportunity to become informed.

American Red Cross: Red White & YOUth Council A leadership group of high school students are chosen as member of the council to help make a difference in their community through volunteer work. Applications may be picked up in the Guidance Office.

University of Rio Grande College Day October 17th 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Over 33 colleges and universities will be there to answer your questions. This can be used as a College Visit Day. If you are interested, you may pick up the information and paperwork in the Guidance Office.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Offering scholarships up to $40,000 per year for up to four years awarded to top high school seniors interested in attending the nation’s best colleges and universities. The College Scholarship Program application period is currently and open and will remain open until November 4th. Up to 40 students will be selected. Information may be found at .

OAASFEP (Ohio Association of Administrators of State and Federal Education Programs) Scholarship Program A program to financially support qualifying Ohio high school seniors who are planning to attend a college/university located in the state of Ohio for the fall semester to major in the field of education. The scholarship award is for a one-time payment of $500. Information and applications may be picked up in the Guidance Office.
