JUNIOR ESTABLISHMENT SQUADACTIVITY
Coast and Valley Swimming will be holding a Junior Establishment Squad activity for swimmers aged 7 to 16yrs old. This year CVSA is inviting members to compete as a CVSA Team in the Forster Aquatic Swimming Club annual meet in May 2018.
This meet is a combination meet and has events that will suit all levels of swimming ability. The meet is held in an indoor 25m pool and all 50m and over events will be official short course times for the swimmers.
CVSA will be providing a bus to transport the swimmers to and from the meet. There will also be a Team manager and Coach accompanying the swimmers.
Criteria – Members who didn’t qualify for CVSA Championships in 2017. Additionallyswimmers 8 years and Under who competed in an individual event at the 2017 Area LC or SC Championships are eligible to apply.
Target Group – Development swimmers (must be a financial swimming member of a Coast and Valley swimming club)
Date – Saturday 19th or 26th May 2018 (TBC)- CVSA to provide a bus - Numbers are limited.
NB - Itinerary with pick up points will be provided upon confirmation. Departure time will be around 5am with an approx return time of 5pm.
Payment of $40.00 non-refundable Administration fee for each swimmer is required, which includes a CVSA T–Shirt, bus travel and entry fees. Parents may accompany their child/children on the bus at a cost of $10.00 each – this will be on a first in basis until all spare seats are filled.
Please note - CVSA swimmers have the priority over parents on the bus and parents travelling with the team will be required to assist as Time Keepers at the meet.
