Cost of the program this season will be $450.00. Applications and payment are due by

December 15, 2015. We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover with a 3% processing fee added. Price includes all gates, dryland training starting in October, hero brushes, lane fees, coaching for the year, training in flex gate, training twice a week and coaching at races. Race fees and transportation to races are your own responsibility. Parent participation is mandatory on race day. No athletes may train, or compete under Win Alpine Junior Development program without a completed application.

Early Season Discount Sign Up

We are offering a discounted club fee for early season sign up. Any club application (attached) sent in to me by Oct. 20, 2015, may take $25.00 off the $450.00 club dues. Application must be postmarked by Oct. 20 to receive the discount. Payment must accompany the application to receive the discount. There will be no exceptions.

Extra Training Nights

In the past few years, some of our athletes have asked for extra training during the week. The Win Alpine USSA club trains during the week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00. If you are interested in joining those training sessions, the cost is $200.00 for two days a week, or $100.00 for one day. Check that option on your club application. This is just an option for extra training; it is not a JDT training session with your JDT coaches. You will be with USSA athletes and coaches.

Email

We are constantly updating our email address book. Please fill out your (parent’s) email address on your application completely and legibly. Email is how we communicate with you, so please check it regularly. It is very important you check for messages from us each day before you leave for training, or races to see if there are any changes in the schedule. Email us at if you do not receive email messages and Kristine will make sure you added to the list.

*Parent Meeting Oct. 18

We will be holding our parent and coaches meeting on October 18, at Cannonsburg in the Main Lodge starting at 1:00. Tell a friend, the more the merrier. Intro to USSA

Many of our club members have approached us with questions about USSA and the “three race option” they offer. It is a great way to get an introduction to USSA racing. If this is something you are interested in, a couple of things you need to do first are

Get a USSA license – or contact USSA membership services 435-647-2666, or www. . Go for the youth license if you are 12 yrs. Or younger prior of 12/31

Get a Region 3 application at act on it right away.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Step by step instructions are posted on our website.
