Public Hearing

  1. Call to order: Ken called meeting to order at 7:00 PM
  2. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission will have a Public Hearing on June 25, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m., located at the Town Hall, W8095 Parnell Road, Cascade, WI 53011, to consider the request of Randy & Wendy Roska. Randy & Wendy Roska are the owners of tax parcel # 59012161723. Property is located at N3665 COUNTY ROAD A WEST Cascade, WI. Total acreage 26.880. Legal Description: PRT NW NW & SW NW, SEC 22 Town of Mitchell, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Reasons & justifications for the public hearing: Property owners would like to split off at least 5 acres (including the house) from the total 26.880 acres.The lot including the house will be rezoned to R2 the other lot will remain zoned AG3 to be in compliance with Town of Mitchell Zoning.

  2. Approval of Minutes- Ken B Made motion to approve minutes. Craig 2nd. No nay motion carries.

  5. Jaeger – land split and rezone of property- 5 acres with the house. Split 35 acres of ag in the middle for 2 additional lots. Due to size of acreage land would meet the point system. Will be scheduled for a public hearing for next month.
  6. New Business (Discussion & Possible Action on Items Below)
  1. Roska -Land Split and Rezone – 5.33 acres with house Zoned R2. 21.5 acres remainder at Ag3 Requirement of CSM showing 66 road frontage. Ken made motion to approve rezoning of the 5.33 acres as R2 . The remaining 21.5 stays as Ag3 need to make sure that that property has 66 feet of road frontage showed on the CSM. Craig 2nd. No nays motion carries.
  2. Reuter – Lot on the corner of A and N - informational

6. Appointing a member to report to the Town Board – Ken S will report to town.
