[Jss User verification check List]
This is a check list for the JSS users to verify their login, profile, direct reports, etc in Swire Talent system.

1)Verification Check List

1 / Were you able to receive a Reset Password email providing you with your username and link to set your password? (Email is from: )
Please find sample email in Section 2 in this document
2 / Is the link (to set your password) sent to your email working?
After you click it, it opens the “Reset Password” screen as shown in Section 3
3 / Are you able to set your password? (Instructions are provided in the email)
After reset password, you will get the login screen in Section 4
4 / Are you able to login?
After successfullogin, you will get the screen in Section 5
5 / Is the welcome message showing your first name, last name and position correctly? (located at the top-right corner of the page) (Example: Welcome, John Smith (General Manager) | Logout)

6 / If you are a talent (talent who will be setting goals and competencies), when you go to My Profile, is it showing your photo, name and position correctly? (Click My Profile tab to see this)

7 / Click on the link (More employee info) below the photo in the My Profile tab, it will display a pop up window -- is it showing your information correctly? (Name, Position, Department, Time in position, Manager's Name)

8 / If you are a manager (manager with direct reports as part of the pilot group), when you go to My Team, are all your direct reports showing correctly?
