Friendly Parking Reminders

You must display your permit in your car on campus as stated on the entrance signs to the property and the student parking permit form you signed, either on the front dash or rearview mirror so the numbers can be read. If you forget to display your permit, please stop by the parking lot office as soon as you get to school.

Please park in the student lot only.

Winter parking is a challenge. Pay attention to the orange parking cones placed in the student lot on the centerlines. Line up your front or rear bumper with the cones. Please park inside the cones or you will be blocking the driveway. Please DO NOT move the cones.

Report all accidents to the parking lot supervisor and fill out an accident information sheet.

When exiting the student lot at the northeast corner, please make a right hand turn only.

Yellow curbs indicate no parking. These are fire lanes. Do not leave a car unattended in a fire lane.

Drivers with or without parking permits, who transport underclassmen (9-10) off campus without parent permission, will be subject to disciplinary action through Administration.

Please keep all vehicle information current. Any changes need to be reported to the parking attendant, example – new license plate number.

Motorcycles: you still need a permit, but DO NOT display it. Please park on the cement pad next to the stairs. See the parking lot attendant for more information.

If we need to evacuate the school we ask that there be NO movement of vehicles on campus. This will allow for a safe exit of students and room for emergency vehicles to respond.

Check the JM web page and open “office”, then “Parking information” for updates.

Remember: put your cell phone away and BUCKLE UP!!!!

Thank you.
