Job Purpose:

The Product Manager will look after major product area including new countries expansion (tax complaint e-invoicing), maintaining compliance across existing, supplier registration, trading connections automation, internal products and applications used by Tungsten teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in SCRUM development environment, tracking development requests in JIRA
  • Developing a Good understanding of e-Invoicing and e-archiving rules in EU, North America, South America and Asia-Pacific
  • Designing and managing product enhancements in line with changing/ evolving government regulations across 47 countries
  • Specified numerous automations to reduce the need for increasing the headcount in client facing teams as the company’s targets and network quickly expand
  • Project managing smaller BAU requests to enhance existing capabilities as raised by customers and internal teams or in accordance with changing compliance regulations
  • Analysing the competitive landscape and trends to design competitive products that add value to Fortune 500 customers and generate revenues for Tungsten
  • Building a global product vision and roadmap for the areas owned, and executing against it in accordance with the company’s strategic business objectives
  • Building business cases and influencing make, buy or partner decisions. P&L analyses, defining pricing strategy and operational metrics
  • Engaging with Tungsten partners to design and deliver combined solutions that bring maximum value with minimum effort, using the strengths of each organisation
  • Managing the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis and iterations to ensure delivery of the right product to market, within the agreed timescales

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • previous product management or related experience
  • experience of working within a regulatory or compliance background desirable
  • quantitative and business analysis skills
  • knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • experience of working within a technology environment desirable
