Ø FIT UP inspection checking of edge preparation, fit up, visual inspection of pipe joints, material, dimension & orientation, inspection of spools before welding as per ITP and making of final report.
Ø Monitoring all welding activities as per approved WPS.
Ø Co- ordination with NDT technician and review of all NDT procedure.
Ø Co- ordination with contractor and client inspector.
Ø Offering NDT as per client requirement.
Ø Monitoring of material traceability.
Ø Conducting Pre-Inspection Meetings, preparation of Procedure Qualification record (PQR).
Ø Reviewing / approval of NDT (RT, UT, MPI & LPT) procedures and reports according to Client requirements.
Ø Preparation of inspection report and work completion report.
