Job Purpose

We are currently looking for Digital Producer to join our highly talented Marketing Team at our Head Office in Newry. The successful candidate will have a passion, flair and an eye for detail to maintain the high standards set by this award-winning Insurance Broker. This multi-faceted role will effectively grow and develop the online community for Autoline and its associated brands across multiple platforms via both organic and paid for activity.

·  Supporting the development and delivery of key marketing campaigns

·  Content planning, creation and activation

·  Community Management

·  Social Media Advertising

·  Analysis and Reporting

·  Growing the Autoline online community

·  Digital Listening

·  Digital Platform understanding

·  General Marketing Team Support

Skills and competencies:

·  As a digital native, the love to learn and drive to constantly stay on top of trends in this ever-changing industry are essential.

·  You will have a clear understanding of how digital activity fits into the wider marketing mix and know how to communicate with our target audiences across each online platform, how best to engage with them and at what frequency.

·  While the specific content of the role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that roles evolve over time and we’re looking for a ‘can do’ and flexible approach to picking projects up and making them happen.

·  This is a busy team and you will need top organisational skills and the ability to work well with external agencies as well as those across the organisation and its branches.

·  With day-to-day management, promotion and distribution of all forms of content, an overall understanding of SEO and content marketing is a must.

·  You will have a passion for writing compelling stories and attention-grabbing headlines that are factually compliant as well as produce high quality social media and website content using a content management system, incorporating SEO best practice.

·  The successful candidate is a collaborative individual, who can deliver marketing objectives and be comfortable analysing and reporting stats and findings for senior management to inform future campaign strategies.

·  Strong customer focus and communication skills

·  Ability to work successfully as part of a team and on own initiative

·  Time management skills to be able to prioritise projects and work on a variety of projects simultaneously

·  Good presentation and budget management skills

·  Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships

Essential Criteria:

·  Marketing/ Advertising experience with at least 3 year’s commercial experience

·  A Bachelor degree 2:1 or higher in a Marketing, Communications or related discipline

·  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop)

·  Experience with photography/videography, illustration, graphic design and basic

Motion Graphics animation.

·  A proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·  A valid driver’s license and use of a car for business purposes

·  Availability to work at events as required outside of office hours

Desirable Criteria:

·  Google Squared Training

·  Experience in the Insurance industry

·  Knowledge of FCA guidelines and legislation
