• Forms part of a team at the respective branch to achieve production output.
9. DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
• Loading and off-loading of products for treating with forklift/side loader
• Complete treating process/cycle as per laid down procedure
• Completion of all paper work pertaining to treating process
• Comply with SABS specifications (SANS 1288) that regulates treating processes
• Receive bulk chemical deliveries from supplier and ensure/verify accuracy of delivery (CCA & VACSOL Azzure)
• Ensure high standard of environmental awareness and practices
• Ensure correct strength of chemical mixture by doing titration tests at regular intervals
• Assist with monthly stocktake
• To do all other tasks as required by Supervisor
• Responsible for correct amount of manufacturing output
