Change for dinner and Broadway show
4:00 PM Depart hotel
Quick picture in Times Square before dinner if time permits
5:30 PM Dinner – Hard Rock Café (West 43rd)
7:30 PM Doors open – Gershwin Theatre (West 51st)
8:00 PM Broadway show – Wicked
11:00 PM Return to hotel
SATURDAY, MAY 28
Hot breakfast in hotel
9:00 AM Depart hotel for the city
10:00 AM Arrive at Carroll Studios (623 West 55th – 6th floor)
10-11:30 AM Clinic with NY Philharmonic Musicians (Band and Orchestra)
Choir will have a Broadway clinic at another studio at the same time
12:00 PM Depart for Rockefeller Center for lunch on your own underneath Rockefeller Center
1:15 PM Depart for Lincoln Center
2:00 PM NY Philharmonic Performance – “The Planets”
3:45 PM Depart for Times Square for sightseeing
5:45 PM Depart for Little Italy and Chinatown for late dinner
Free time to shop afterwards
9:00 PM Return to hotel
SUNDAY, MAY 29
Hot breakfast at the hotel
8:45 AM Check out of hotel and ride into the city
Tour Lower Manhattan Financial District/Ground Zero/Trinity Church/Wall Street/Federal Hill
11:00 AM Walk to Battery Park – Take Circle Line Ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
(Headsets for self-guided time) Lunch on your own on either island at cafeterias
4:00 PM Meet at Liberty Park, NJ to depart for VA
Dinner on your own en route
9:00 PM Arrival at TJ (approximate)
