THE RIDE Theatrical Sightseeing Bus Tour

You’ll learn about the entire TV production process, from the writing process and producing to the ways TV content gets to your home. You’ll then experience it all first hand as you and your fellow Tour guests produce your own show in our brand new Tour Studio. You can then download your show to keep for free.

  • Aladdin experience, Please meet in the foyer at 9am. Short walk to the theatre, students will attend a masterclass with a teacher ( parents free time). Become a part of a show as you experience an exclusive and interactive Disney Broadway workshop. Led by expert Disney teaching artists, 90 minute workshop gives your group the opportunity to step into the shoes of Broadway performances as they explore the material from Aladdin.
  • Behind the magic tour included ( 60 minute tour, to explore the history and magic of Disney
  • Aladdin Broadway Show 1pm – group seating allocation
  • After Show Cast member Questions and Answers Talkback. Your group can have a unique experience with select cast members from the show. Talkback takes place after the performance and allows the group to ask questions and learn more about the production directly from the performers. Approximately 15mins.

If you would to extend your trip, we can arrange alternative return flight dates from new York or Los Angeles. We can arrange extensions to other USA destinations, eg. Las Vegas, New York, san Francisco, Dallas, Orlando, Hawaii. Prices for extensions /date changes are subject to availability and additional airfare supplement may apply, if same airfare is not available on the new dates / itinerary. We suggest you change your dates at the time of deposit to guarantee your details and prices. Changes after deposit date, but before final payment will incur a $50 change fee per person, plus any additional airline costs as above. Changes after final payment will incur a $ 200 Fee per person and are subject to availability of new dates / details / costings. Additional Accommodation / Transfers / Tours can be arranged through us for your extensions.

Travel insurance – Additional supplement costs will be advised so that you are covered for the full duration of your trip.

Then additional deposits due, prior to travel. Deposits are non refundable, unless another person can take our place, then deposit can be transferred to the New name.   • FINAL PAYMENT DUE – At least 60days prior to departure, if payments are not received by due dates, the airlines / hotels can cancel the bookings. Invoices will be sent to Theatre Factory individuals payments are to be made to your office and then one payment forwarded to our office.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE – chi travel insurance HAS been included in your quote attached. Travel insurance will be issued at the time of deposit to begin your coverage straightaway in the case of cancellation. Date of Birth / Address / Phone number / Email address are required with payment so we can issue your policy. For passengers travelling with Pre-existing medical conditions, we provide you with details for medical assessment line, to see if you will be covered and any additional supplement is due or not. Any advice on travel insurance does not take into account your personal needs, objectives or financial situation. Before you make a decision about your travel insurance, you should read all relevant documentation including the Policy Brochure and Product Disclosure Statement.   • Dancers – must be accompanied by an adult / guardian over 18yrs of age in each room. Single dancer’s maybe Chaperoned by another parent, subject to approval of Theatre Factory. A written letter of Authority must be received advising the single traveller has permission to travel with “name” signed and dated by parent.
  • Baggage allowance – Qantas carryon luggage is 7kg per person / checked luggage is 2 x 23kg per person (dimension of the bags permitted can be found on the Qantas website under luggage)
  • Cancellation fees – A cancellation fee will apply once bookings are made and additional levies may be charged by the airlines / hotels / tour operators / third party companies. Travel insurance may cover these cancellation fees, based on term and insurances covered in the policy wording.

The new law to be implemented from the 12th of January 2009, it will mean that travellers who don’t need visas into the US will now need to register their trip online three days before entry into the country. These new laws mean that citizens coming for less than 90 days from the 27 visa-waiver countries will have to register their biographical and travel details onto a website before departure and obtain an electronic travel authorization before they board a plane or ship. The authorisations will then be valid for two years, as well as for multiple entries. Those travellers needing visas to the US need not register on the new site.
