WEALTH PROTECTION 2004

“IT HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN”

MARCH 12TH AND 13TH

EMBASSY SUITES RESORT AND CONFERENCE CENTER

TEMPE, AZ

Last year at this conference our theme was, “The Beginning of the New Era.” This year we will continue this theme by showing you that the new era has “Only Just Begun.”

For years, we went all over the country to seminars, trade shows and conferences that left us coming home more confused than we left. We decided to change the way a conference is held, and since 1997 it has been a monumental success. This years Wealth Protection Conference will be no different.

For the last seven years we have brought you this conference. It’s that time of year again, when Resource Consultants Inc. brings to Tempe, Arizona some of the brightest economic minds from all over the country.

Wealth Protection 2004 begins on Friday night, March 12th and all day Saturday, March 13th. Two powerful sessions of information, education and fun. The conference starts on Friday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with a wine and cheese reception at the Embassy Suites Resort Hotel in Tempe, Arizona. During that time, you will be able to meet with the speakers and ask them some intimate questions before the whole show begins on Saturday.

From 7:30 until 8:30 on Friday evening during the wine and cheese reception, we will bring to the podium a gentleman who has been in the futures and options business for over 26 years. His name is Jim Liles and he has tremendous experience in all aspects of commodity futures and options trading.

Since last year, which was Mr. Liles fist appearance at this conference he has written a wonderful educational book on how to trade these volatile markets that lay ahead of us.

This year’s speech, Jim Liles will speak, on the stages of development of the inflationary cycle and which markets are poised for a move forward in 2004. He feels that the positioning of assets in 2004 will be very critical to the master plan that calls for an all-explosive 2005, and more excitement through 2010. This should be one of the most important evenings of your financial life and a great start to the conference.

We want to make sure we all get a good night sleep on Friday night. Starting at exactly 8:30 AM the next morning we will have to be ready to fill our minds and our notebooks with some more of the best economic, monetary and investment advice you will be able to find anywhere, at one place, at one time this year.

Saturday morning we will start the conference at 8:30AM sharp. We will start seating you at 7:30 AM and provide coffee and juice to get you started. Find a good seat and prepare yourself for one of most intense days of financial education you have ever seen.

This year Patrick Gorman, President of Resource Consultants and co-creator of the Wealth Protection Conferences will be your Master of Ceremonies. He will start the program this year describing what type of day you’re in for and what to expect in the coming months.

Then, we will bring back to the podium for the third year Mr. David Morgan, web master of Silver-Investor.Com and editor of the newsletter of the same name. David’s insights on the silver market, over the last few years, have made many of us a lot of money. This year should be no different.

Mr. Morgan will cover the fundamental and technical analysis of the precious metals markets. The fundamental analysis includes supply and demand. This includes investment demand, China, photography and new technologies. The technical analysis revolves around the futures market and how the technical trading funds and commercial interests influence movements. He will give his forecast on what we should expect in the metals, dollar and underlying mining equities for 2004.

When David is finished we will have a short time for questions from the audience. However, at Wealth Protection we stay on track. Immediately following Mr. Morgan we will have a 5 minute break and right back at it.

Next, for the first time, we will be having a gentleman that has written about gold and gold stocks for over 11 years. His name is Dennis Wheeler and he is the editor of “The Gold Stock Report.” Over the last several years Dennis has found many mining stocks that have multiplied their share price and he will be speaking to us at Wealth Protection on the dollar’s continued decline and the continuing bull market in gold and gold stocks. He may have a few stock picks that will pay for the whole conference and more.

The next gentleman up to the podium will be Mr. Arch Crawford. Mr. Crawford is the editor and publisher of the award winning newsletter, “Crawford Perspectives.” His newsletter has been published now for over 25 years. He cut his teeth as first assistant to top Wall Street technician, Robert Farrell at Merrill Lynch from 1961 to 1964. In “Kiplinger’s Personal Finance,” they said, …Arch Crawford is the only one market-timing newsletter among several dozen timers tracked by, “Hulbert Financial Digest,” (that) has out paced the simple strategy of buying and holding…the S&P 500 over the last five years.

“The Street’s best known Astrologer” (according to Barron’s) has made several astounding calls, including “The best Bull Market in 15 years” (WSJ-1981) and the exact top in the crash in 1987, using a combination of technical analysis and astronomic cycles.

Mr. Crawford will enlighten us as of what to expect for the rest of this year and into the future. The cost of his daily E-mail service is over $3,000. Make sure you listen closely to what this man has to say and take plenty of notes.

That will bring us up to the lunch hour and the great deli-buffet that will be provided. Those of you, who have attended the conference before, already know the quality of the hotels food. Those of you, who are coming for the first time, won’t believe the presentation they put together. Also, this year we will have someone giving chair massages for those of you who are getting stiff from sitting that long. Again this year the chair massages are free, but we hope you will be generous enough to tip them.

After lunch, at 1:00 PM sharp we will start again with our afternoon presentations. We are pleased this year to bring a man whose insight into all the markets is astounding.

Many of you have seen his website “Financial Sense.Com.” And even more of us love listening to his radio show on the Internet. His name is James Puplava. Mr. Puplava, CFP is President of Puplava Financial Services Inc., an investment advisory and money management firm. Founded in 1985, PFS specializes in investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning services.

His speech for the day is entitled, “The Perfect Financial Storm.” He will be telling us why it is inevitable. He will also be explaining to us about the, “Gold and Silver Train Wreck,” and why the prices of these two commodities will rise much higher than any of us currently expect. This is a speech we just don’t want to miss.

Every year at Wealth Protection our last speaker has been Mr. Nick Russo. Since 1997 Nick has been giving us some great straight-forward advice on the current market activity and what will happen over the next year or so. Mr. Russo is the editor and publisher of “The Momentum Monitor.” He brings his 38-year career in Wall Street and private industry and is widely recognized within the institutional community as an expert on both trends and the marketplace. This year Nick’s speech is entitled, “Riding the Wave of the Tangible Infrastructure Upgrade Cycle.” This speech will be about the global transition from a cycle of financial investments to one of broad based tangible or hard assets. You will come away amazed at what Mr. Russo sees in the future.

We are not finished yet. Immediately after Mr. Russo’s speech we will bring, up to the stage, all of the speakers from Friday night and Saturday for a one-hour round table discussion and to answer as many questions as time allows. This is now your chance to ask all of them your most difficult questions. This part of the conference can get quite interesting.

But wait, there is more to come. After the round table discussion segment is finished, we will be assigning all the speakers smaller boardrooms, so you can discuss their thought’s even further. They will be available for about an hour from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Literally thousands of dollars of advice has been given in these boardroom sessions alone.

We have one more item to entice you to come. Throughout the day we will be drawing for great prizes. They will include U.S. Silver Eagles, Gold Eagles, and a few more

prizes that you will just have to be there to see. Last year one lucky participant won a coin that is now worth over a hundred dollars more today than when they won it. You don’t want to miss this conference.
