Hi (Name),

Congratulations on making the decision to get healthier! I am thrilled to be on this journey with you and to coach you, to be your supporter, and your sounding board if you hit a bump. I truly believe it is going to be a transformative 30 days for you!

To get started, go to and click on “Healthy Living Members” The password is feelgood, all lower case and all one word. Here you will find all of the information you need: program details, recipes, and shopping lists, etc. You’re going to LOVE the recipes- they're absolutely delicious and they've taught me to cook in an entirely new way. (You can also find these documents in the “Files” section of the Facebook Group!)

Print off the Checklist, Goal setting and tracking guide, the Daily cheat sheet, the Meal planner and the Avoid list (which you can stick on the fridge). I strongly recommend taking your "Before" picture, as well as your weight and measurements. You’ll be shocked at how much your body can change in such a short amount of time and you never know how your story and journey could help someone else change their health and life! You'll be weighing yourself no more than once a week and while the main focus is health and not numbers on a scale, it's great to have those numbers for a reference point.

No doubt you're probably a bit nervous & excited as you prepare to start your new healthy way of eating. You've been added to the August 1st Clean Eating Group to help support you! We will be posting in the group a lot, so check it often to be sure you’re getting the important nutrition education and plan guidance.

My 3 best tips for you are:

1. Read all the information on the Facebook page and stay plugged in! You will be amazed just how much you will actually learn from other people also going through the program (ie. where to find certain detox friendly products, ideas on tweaking a recipe, if a product is cleanse friendly and if not, why not).

2. BE PREPARED- This is one I cannot stress enough! When you’re prepared, it’s so much easier to stick with the program. This means using the shopping lists and recipes, doing some meal preparation, getting rid of temptations in your fridge and pantry so you reach for the “right” foods, and also staying prepared with healthy snacks.

3Call/text/message me if you don’t understand something, if you’re having a hard time with something and/or don’t like something, or you have ANY questions!

This Person will be running the Facebook group, so pay special attention to their posts. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The week before we start we will be posting everything you need to know so stay tuned and browse the posted files.

I will keep in contact with you throughout the 30 days and I’ll need your weight and measurements each week on Mondays (or at least the “difference”). It’s one way I can track how your body is responding to the program and whether we’ll need to make some tweaks or adjustments.

Finally, one more thing, who else might want to do this program with you? It's so much more fun to do with a friend, and it also helps with accountability. Post on Facebook what you are doing - you might be surprised who wants to join you! If you end up finding a partner to go through the program with, I'd love to give you an additional free product!
