I. Foreword：
Who will become the leading enterprise of 2006 “Commonweal China”? Who will become the commonweal personnel whomoveChina? On January 28th, 2007, “2006 Commonweal China Annual Evaluation and Awarding Evening”――Commonweal Action, Moving China initiated and held by the institute of Events of Business Circle, Sina network, 25 province-level TV institutes all over China and broadcasting studio of CCTVwill be held in the broadcasting studio of CCTV. By then, about 500 talents of foreign entrepreneurs, domestic entrepreneurs, stars in movie and TV, stars of sports, important officials in government, charity (or commonweal) organizing institute, CCTV and famous economists will attend the evening.A hundred of media assemble, reporters swarmon the spot like clouds, and crowds of stars will come here to witness the issuance of 12 commonweal awards, the awarding evening will reveal you the bearers of all awards. Looking forward to your participation!
II. Tenet of the awarding evening
What does commonweal cause represent? What kind of commonweal spirit does the society need? What kind of commonweal action? What kind of role do entrepreneurs, enterprises and individuals play in commonweal cause?We couldn’t help think of a sentence of Kant, a famous philosopher: “What make me feel awestruck is stars in the sky and the moral regulations in my heart”, which presents that the philosopher traces to the source towards universe, life and soul.
If the thought of philosophers remind me something, then let us focus the lens on reality. Are there some children in our society who couldn’t go to school because of poverty? Are there some people who suffer from famine? Are there some senior citizens or waifs who are exposed to natural calamity? etc. Answers to all of these questions are yes.
Then who on earth are helping them? And who are the models of them? We expect that the awarding evening will give us a complete answer.
According to the principle of open, fairness and justice, the evaluation of commonweal personnel will firstly be carried out on to let all people throughout China vote in it, then the entrepreneurs, enterprises and individuals would be publicized on the website, and finally select out the bearers of the awards “Commonweal Action, Moving China”in people’s heart.
The evening will commend and praise entrepreneurs, enterprises and individuals whose performance is outstanding in commonweal cause, so as to inspire more entrepreneurs and “men of insight”to take part in commonweal cause. We hope that the noble character, people-caring consciousness and commonweal spirit of the bearers of the awards will set model for other entrepreneurs, enterprises individuals and the youth. Build up brand new enterprise image and individual image. Accelerate people from all walks of life to attend the commonweal cause actively, “Let the world be filled with love”. III. Grand scene of the awarding evening
Tonight, a group of stars will flock together to support commonweal.
Tonight, Commonweal action will move China.
Who will become the leading enterprise of 2006 “Commonweal China”? Who will become the commonweal personnel who move China? Entrepreneurs, stars and commonweal organization will appear on the stage in the evening, what contributions have them made for China’s commonweal cause? In CCTV’s broadcasting studio of 1000 m2, six digital BT video recorders andlarge rocker arm video recorder will complete record the enterprises and individuals who have made selfless contribution for commonweal cause. Spectacular performance ingeniously combines commonweal and art; professional stage and lighting design set off people who dedicate themselves to commonweal cause.
Famous masters of ceremonies deliver brilliant comments; foreign entrepreneurs, domestic entrepreneurs and commonweal organizations are awarded on the same stage, which builds an atmosphere of mutual benefit, harmonization and reflection. Numerous reporters flock together like clouds, near one hundred famous medias carry out all-round and complete report of the event, including magazines, newspapers, networks, TV stations, digital channels etc.
IV. “Eleven interludes” of the awarding evening
“One interlude”, the evening will present wonderful and unforgettable performance that will touch your soul. It will be performed encircling the masterstroke of “great love”, and the more important thing is that all the programs of the evening will be performed by “those who are assisted”; they aren’t professional performers, but they dance and sing earnestly with their soul and express love, hope, sincerity and sensation.
V. “Trilogy” of the awarding evening
The evening is divided into three sections：
The first section:“commonweal cause need the participation of people from all walks of the society”.Thisis the beginning part of the evening, the following awards will be issued in this section: No. 1 Public image award of enterprise, No. 2 Social responsibility award of enterprise, No.3 Commonweal action award of brand and No.4 Commonweal organization award.
The second section : “commonweal cause, aspiration of the soul”. Issue the following awards: No. 5 Disaster relieving award ofenterprise, No. 6 Foreign enterprise citizen award, No. 7 Charity devotion award of enterprise, No.8 Domestic enterprise citizen award.
The third section: “let the world be filled with love”.Issue the following awards: No. 9 Image representative award for stars, No. 10 Protecting ecological environment award, No. 11 People of the year award, No. 12 Grand award of evaluating committee. Many climaxes appear in the evening, which makes people inebriated in the sea of love.

VII. What’s the designing concept of the cup?
I remember that I saw a film called “Angel in the world”, angel represents good wishes such as love, hope and assistance, and promotes people contribute more love and produce less suffering, and thusour society and all pieces on the earth will become better. So we choose angel as the ideal and perfect design concept as “Commonweal China” award.
VIII. Value embodiment of commonweal China
1. “Do good things for others and don’t leave his name”is conservative value concept and thinking style. “Do good things for others and leave his name”is helpful for the development of the society, because it will inspire more people to devote themselves to commonweal cause; commonweal action is the “lubricant”between enterprise and the government, as well as enterprise and the society, in addition, it is also the best “public relation strategy”and action. Only after combining commonweal actionand commercial action, can an enterprise create more value. Enterprises can harmonize the relationship with government, reduce interference of government, increase government’s recognizing degree toward enterprise, and gain“higher level”public image of bearing more social responsibility by participating commonweal action.
2. In the format of awarding evening of CCTV broadcasting studio, attract near one hundred of famous media from all circles to carry out “centralized”report and promotion, so as to improve reputation of enterprise, elevate public image of enterprise, increase customer loyalty degree, trusting degree and reputation, and finally reach the aim of “win-win or multi-win”situation for enterprises and the society, as well as sustainable development.
IX. What’s the requirement of taking part in the evaluation?
1. Enterprises, institutes or individuals that are intended to take part in the evaluation must supply relevant documents or details of the commonweal action or commonweal project they have carried out. Figure and data in such documents and details must be true and valid.
2. Enterprises, institutes that are intended to take part in the evaluation should submit a copy of their business license or organization code. Individuals should submit two pieces of two-inch colorful certificate photosof them.
3. Participants are responsible for the authenticity of the data and details they submit, and carefully fill out the evaluation sheet. Notice: 1. X. Evaluating date and procedures
The first evaluation period is from October 28th, 2006to December 18th, 2006; and the reevaluation period is from December 19th, 2006 to December 29th, 2006. The result of the evaluation will be released in the awarding evening in CCTV’s broadcasting studio on January 28th, 2007.

XI. On-spot interview and photograph
1. Enterprises and individuals who are influential or enter reevaluation stage in the process of implementing commonweal project may be interviewed and recorded with video recorder. Truly and objectively record the condition and feedback in the process of carrying out commonweal project in the form of newsreel. Reflect people and events in the form of chain story.
2. Carry out in-depth interview of entrepreneurs, enterprises or individual who take part in commonweal project, explore the development of their mind, and discover their concept and action towards commonweal cause.
3. Carry out anaphase edit after finishing the recording work. After the program is finished, cooperate with the on-spot play of the big screen in the awarding evening, let the hundred of on-spot audience have an actual understanding of the award winners, and realize the true and effecting purpose while cooperating with the mutual action of distinguished guests and masters of ceremonies.

XVII. Instruction to “Events of Business Circle”
( I ) About the program
The program “Events of Business Circle” is a professional TV media founded in May 2004, its core advantage is fully combining CCTV, province and city level TV station all over China, broadcasting studio of CCTV, large anaphase equipments, human resource etc; including the programs of Events of Business Circle, Life of Business Circle, Prominent Management etc. “Important people in China’s Business Circle” and “Commonweal China Annual Awarding Evening” have become the grandest and influential ceremonies of Events of Business Circle media institute.
The media sets its aim and dedicates itself to the foundation of “the first brand” in China’s economy programs. Currently, the media has 65 professional person, and 80% of them once worked in professional institutes such as CCTV, Beijing TV station, the People’s Daily etc.
Broadcasting time of the program Events of Business Circle in 25 province and city level TV stations is 30 minutes on working day, it is broadcasted from 21：30—22：30 on Saturday and Sunday for 50 times. It is broadcasted from 19：35—20：25 on CCTV-2 for twice. In addition, the program is repeatedly broadcasted on Macao Lotus Satellite TV Station 24 hours a day, and has set its foot in Hong Kong.
After its first broadcast, the program Events of Business Circle has quickly grown and become strong because of its innovation in content, format, anaphase manufacture and market system. With the betterment of communication of distinguished guests and masters of ceremonies and the continuousimprovement of subject depth excavating ability, Events of Business Circle has become one of the most influential economy programs in China’s media industry.

By topics such as management, enterprise culture, quality, brand and innovation etc, we explore the basic reason that an enterprise succeeds or fails, and reveal struggling process of entrepreneurs, Events of Business circle has become the vane of business circle. By watching our program, audience can see the real business circle and entrepreneurs, and feel the endeavorbeside success. You can feel not only the joy of success, but also the sensation of life.
“Events of Business Circle”mainly set a platform of dialogue for enterprises.
