Annexure – I

Instructions to be circulated to each Party of FTR coach / special train booking for refund of security deposit.

1. Party should submit application along with original documents to CCM(Refund) Central Railway, Mumbai CST within 06 months from the date of completion of tour. The address of CCM’s office is CCM (Refund), Central Railway, New Administrative Bldg., II floor, Mumbai CST 400 001.

2. The application must be legible and precisely written Name, Address, Date, Signature, Phone Nos., Photo etc. should be mentioned. Please obtain acknowledgement receipt from CCM (Refund) office after submission of application by hand. The applicant should keep set of Xerox copy with him along with acknowledgement from CCM office for record.

3. The original documents to be submitted along with application are as under:-

i)  Application

ii)  Original money receipt / zerox copy

iii)  Original folder

iv)  CPTM’s Programme copy.

v)  List of Passenger

vi)  Original special ticket

vii)  Copy of blank cheque showing A/cs, No. and IFSC/NEFT particulars.

In absence of the above documents, claim will not be processed and same will be repudiated.

4. Incomplete folder will not be accepted and claim will not be processed.

5. Claim submitted after stipulated period will be regretted.

6. The claimant should confirm that particulars at each halt must be recorded in the original folder by the concerned Station Master with station stamp, arrival time / departure time of coach / train and Engine, Date, signature of station master.

7. The claimant should ensure that all the original documents are received from Operating Dept / station, such as original folder copy, CPTM programme copy, original special ticket etc.

8. In the case of coach cancellation for any reason, claimant should collect letter of non allotment of coach / train from Operating Deptt. well in advance and submit to CCM (Refund) office alongwith Application, original money receipt for refund of security deposit. The claim will be settled as per Rule 313 condition / 06 of IRCA Cog tariff no. 26 Part I Vol. I.
