INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE EL RODEO ONLINE CROWDRISE FUNDRAISER SITE

How To Set Up Your Child’s Personal Fundraiser Page

1. Go to

2. Click the red SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISER button or scroll through the TEAM LEADERBOARD tab to find your child’s class’s Team Page.

3. Onceyou are on your child’s class’s Team fundraiser page, click the black FUNDRAISE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN button.

4. Then sign in or sign up for CrowdRise. (If you have multiple children that will be using one email instead of each child using their own individual email, create your CrowdRise Account under a family name like this… in the“First Name” textbox, insert your LAST name instead of your first name and in the “Last Name” textbox, insert the word “Family.”)

5. Continue to follow prompts as directed, including entering your child’s t-shirt size.

6. A page will appear with your child’s name indicating that they have joined their Homeroom Team.

7. If you have another child, locate that child’s class’s Team Page and repeat steps 3 through 6.

Note: If you are already a CrowdRise user:

Skip to step 4 and sign in to your CrowdRise account and continue steps 5 and 6.

How To Edit Your Child’s Personal Fundraiser Page

Once you’ve set-up your child’s fundraiser page, here’s how to edit it:

1. Log in to your CrowdRise account.

2. Click on the “My Fundraisers” link.

3. Select your El Rodeo fundraiser page from your fundraiser list that your child would like to edit.

4. Once on your child’s fundraiser page click the “Edit Fundraiser” tab.

5. Now your child can update and personalize his/her “About My Fundraiser” page.

6. Make sure your child’s page has pictures, text and even a video if possible. Include a description about what our cause is all about and the impact your child creates.

How To Email Your Child’s Personal Fundraiser Page To Supporters:

1.Make sure your child is logged into his/her CrowdRise account and go to the fundraiser page to be shared.

2. Once on the personal fundraiser page, click the "Manage Campaign” tab.

3. Scroll down to the “Ask For Donations” section.

4. Look for “Send a Link.”

5. In the textbox below “Send a Link” is your child’s personalized fundraiser page link.

6. Copy and then paste that link into an email or an instant message.

7.Your child can add a personalized message into the email. To view a sample email, click on the email icon to the left of your child’s fundraiser page link.

8. An automated, pre-written message will pop-up that your child can copy and paste into an email.
