INGREDIENTS:

450g Maris Piperpotatoes, peeled

1 oliveoil

20g polyunsaturated margarine

1 largeonion, chopped

2 clovesgarlic, crushed

2 bay leaves

1 tspDijonmustard

850ml hot vegetablestock

150ml milk

Choppedchives, toserve

METHOD:

Heattheoliveoilandbutter in a largesaucepan. Oncethebutter has melted, addtheonionand bay leaves. Sautéforabout 5 minutesuntiltheonion has softened, but not coloured.

Meanwhilecutthepotatoesintorough 2cm piecesthenaddtothepanalongwiththegarlic. Stirtocoat in thebutterthencoverwith a lid. Cookover a low-mediumheatforabout 8 minutesstirringonceortwicetopreventthepotatostickingtothebase of thepan.

Stir in themustardandpour in thestock, thenbringto a simmerandcookwiththelidofffor 12 minutesuntilthepotatoesarecompletelycookedthrough.

Removefromtheheatandtakeoutthe bay leaves. Coolslightlybeforeaddingthemilkandthenblendwell in a foodprocessororliquidizeruntilcompletelysmooth.

Seasontotasteandserve hot, garnishedwithchoppedchivesand a twist of blackpepper.

1 jar (24 to 26 ounces) spaghettisauce
2 cupswater
1 tablespoonMcCormick® Perfect Pinch® ItalianSeasoning
3 cupsuncooked pasta, such as penneorrotini
1 package (8 ounces) shreddedmozzarellacheese
(2 cups), divided
2 tablespoonsgratedparmesancheese

METHOD

1. Brown groundbeef in largeskillet on medium-highheat. Drainfat.

2. Stir in spaghettisauce, waterandItalianseasoning. Bringtoboil. Add pasta; mix well. Reduceheattolow; coverandsimmer 20 minutesoruntil pasta is tender, stirringoccasionally.

3. Stir in 1 cup of themozzarellacheeseandParmesancheese. Sprinklewithremaining 1 cup mozzarellacheese. Cover. Letstand 5 minutes.
