The VISA DEBIT card may be used for toy class materials ONLY and at any retailer that accepts VISA.

IF YOUR CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN:

DO NOT CONTACT U.S. BANK--Immediately email Julie Hillman @. We will contact US Bank on your behalf. (This is because the card is not registered to your team, it is registered to Julie Hillman.) Please provide to Julie--in the email--your team name, date card was lost, and last transaction (if possible). The department hasyour card number on file so please do not provide the card number.

Shipping Instructions

All shipments must be sent to a University of Minnesota address only. You may NOT have items shipped to your home address. Please be sure to track your shipments and pick up the item ASAP from the Workshop in Rapson. Please note the following:

  • The cards are all registered under J.Hillman. You can check the balance on your card online. Check your transactions and card balance at:

What do I do if my Rewards Card doesn't have enough money on it for my purchase?

If there is not enough money on your Rewards Card to cover the full amount of a desired purchase ask the merchant to split the transaction between the remaining balance and another form of payment. Tell the cashier how much money is on your Rewards Card since many merchants cannot determine the remaining value on your Rewards Card.

What happens if I need to return an item?

Merchandise returns and refund policies vary by merchant. If a credit is issued to your Rewards Card, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days. Check your balance regularly to determine when your Rewards Card has been credited for the return.
