FILL invites pupils from local schools to the "Career Orientation Days" in Gurten. Hands-on information about job profiles at a high-tech machine engineering company.

At the Fill Career Orientation Days from 8th to 22nd November 2010, pupils from secondary schools, polytechnics and technical and vocational schools in the region can obtain detailed information about five apprenticeships and the different professional roles in a leading machine engineering company. "We attach great importance to the promotion of young talent. During the Career Orientation Days in our company, our apprentice coaches together with the apprentice team give the young people a comprehensive insight into the wide variety of career opportunities at our company," explains CEO, Andreas Fill.

Gurten, 12th November 2010 – "Those looking for the best solution, plan their future together with Fill." This motto accompanies Fill in all areas – also in employee recruitment and development. Between 8th and 22nd November the pupils can learn about the wide variety of career opportunities with the high-tech machine engineering company. Fill apprentice coaches and apprentices guide the young visitors and their teachers through various departments in the company where they can gain a comprehensive insight into the professions of machine engineering technician, mechatronics engineer,electrical technician, metal cutting technician and technical draftsman.
