This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to work directly with the senior management and directors. The company is looking for interns to carry out varied duties as listed below according to their ability; we are not expecting all candidates to be able to carry out all the duties but will move towards their natural ability. At the same time we are looking for candidates who have a self developing orientation, who have the ability to continuously improve and learn new skills, and increase their personal capability. With management teaching, ongoing training and mentoring from the company staff the candidate will be able to handle their role. Candidates should demonstrate good personality and positive attitudes towards their own goals. We value candidates who are self motivated with an ability and willingness to seek continuous improvement in new skills and areas.

Work Alongside:

Managing Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Financial Director & Operational team

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm,

3/4 hour for lunch. We do insist on taking regular break to get some fresh air and to keep you focused.

Main Responsibilities Include:

-  Tenancy Management & Real estate administration,

-  Updating Property management System

-  Dealing with tenant enquiries & maintenance issues

-  Credit checks & referencing

-  Managing deposits & registering them.

-  Research of legal issues that may arise

-  Recording maintenance issues

-  Calls to tenants for maintenance issues & follow up calls

-  Check out of tenants & inventory issues

-  Checking maintenance invoices

-  Sourcing contract repair and maintenance companies

-  Cost management & evaluation of maintenance costs

-  Developing & setting up procedures in the department

-  General office management & administration duties

Person Specification:

-  Essential Skills and Knowledge

-  Highly presentable and personable

-  IT skills including word processing, database, spreadsheets and email

-  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-  Good organisation and planning skills,

-  Self-motivated proactive approach and ready to use initiative

-  Reliable and committed

-  Flexible, positive and professional attitude.

-  Self development orientation, to learn & develop your skills

-  Use a new IT system for dedicated property management software.

-  Own car is essential. Travel expenses will be paid
