N O T I C E

Notice is hereby given by the Official Liquidator attached to the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat as the Official Liquidator of Various companies (In Liquidation) having his office at Jivabhai Chambers, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad that the Official Liquidator filed company wise reports for dissolution of the following Companies (In Liquidation) and that by orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court in the said reports, the Official Liquidator has been directed to issue advertisement for inviting objections, if any, from the creditors and other concerned persons/parties against dissolution of the following companies.

Therefore, creditors of the Companies and other concerned persons/parties may file their objections, if any, against dissolution of the Companies, at the Office of Official Liquidator, Jivabhai Chambers, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad – 380 009 within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within 21 days from the publication of this notice, it will be presumed that the creditors/others have no objection towards dissolution of the above named companies and the orders for dissolution, at the expiry of 35 days from the publication of this notice, shall become final and effective.
