Apple Pie

In large bowl toss prepared apples with lemon juice:

8-10 small to med. Granny Smith apples – Use APCS to prepare

2T Lemon juice, juice using Citrus Press

In a 3 cup prep bowl mix

3T flour

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup white sugar

2 tsp Cinnamon Plus®

Pour over apples & coat-transfer to 1 gal. freezer bag

Pumpkin Pie

1 (15 oz.) can 100% pure pumpkin

¼ cup brown sugar

¾ cup white sugar

½ tsp Salt

2 tsp Cinnamon Plus®

When preparing to bake:

In a 3 cup prep bowl whisk:

2 large eggs, then blend in

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk.

Pour thawed pie filling in batter bowl and add blended egg/milk mixture and combine. Pour into pie shell.

COWBOY PIE

1 lb. cooked beef chuck roast, cut in bite size pieces (Approx 2 cups)

1T garlic infused oil

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed & drained

1T Chili Lime rub

¼ tsp salt

1 cup frozen corn

½ cup BBQ sauce

½ cup beef broth

3T cornstarch

Combine in the Manual Food Processor, then place in micro-cooker & microwave 4 to 5 mins. then add to the beef mixture in freezer bag:

1 med. yellow onion, chopped fine

1 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped fine

Pour pie filling into 1 gallon freezer bag

Chicken Marsala Pie

Place 2 cups, cooked cubed chicken into batter bowl.

In DORC put 1T garlic infused oil and heat over med. heat and sauté ,5/6 mins. the following:

Place in 3 cup prep bowl to sauté:

2 cups sliced fresh white mushrooms

½ cup chopped yellow onion

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Transfer to the batter bowl with chicken.

In the same DORC melt 2T butter, stir in 3T flour with nylon whisk. Cook 1 or 2 mins stirring constantly. Stir in:

½ cup Marsala cooking wine

½ cup chicken broth

Heat until boiling & sauce is thickened.

Stir in chicken mixture and

1 (12 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

Pour pie filling into 1 gallon freezer bag

Turkey or Chicken Pot Pie

Combine in Micro-cooker and microwave 6 mins. & then drain

2 cups diced potatoes

1 cup sliced carrots

2T water

In family skillet melt ½ cup butter, sauté

1 small, chopped yellow onion, until tender

Stir in, until blended:

½ cup flour

1 tsp dried thyme

¼ tsp pepper

Gradually stir into mixture:

¾ cup milk

1 ½ cup chicken broth

Cook and stir for 2 mins until thickened

ADD:

½ cup frozen peas

½ cup frozen corn

Drained cooked potatoes & carrots

2 cups cubed turkey or chicken

Pour pie filling into 1 gallon freezer bag
