Germaine O'Connell, Part C Coordinator, has resigned effective June 1, 2002 to accept a position in the Department for Public Health as administrator of the HANDS program. Trish Howard, Department for Public Health Executive Staff Advisor, is interim Part C Coordinator.
Carolyn Robbins, MSN, and a former POE, is coordinator for the Technical Assistance Program Consultants and Parent Consultants.

This is the 20th issue of the First Step’s Communication Packet. We are distributing communication packets on a quarterly basis to keep persons involved with the First Steps program updated on information related to administrative issues, training, meetings, events, announcements, etc.
We are relying on the Packet to communicate the latest information; therefore, it is very important that the Packet reach the right people. If this Packet is not being distributed within your agency to all, including administrators, who are involved in First Steps, we ask that whoever is receiving the packet make sure that those affected review or receive a copy. This is our first attempt to put the Packet on our Web Site. We intend to continue using the Web site for all future packets and will no longer send out the packet. Please check the Web Site after the 20th of each month for the latest information.
