1. Call to Order
Mehmet Ulema (Chair) called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM EDT and reminded participants about IEEE Standards and the Law http://standards.ieee.org/develop/policies/stdslaw.pdf, and to declare or update their affiliations and standards activities listed in the Roll Call.
